MY TREATMENT APPROACH

Together we do a comprehensive review of your life history and current stressors. This will guide us in making a unique treatment plan that works for you. Educating my patients about their illness and treatment options empowers them to make their own choices. My work with patients is supportive and collaborative, and my style interactive and nurturing. I provide medication management and/or psychotherapy. According to your preferences I work closely with any other therapists, doctors, and families.

I offer telemedicine appointments as well.

Psychiatrists are medical doctors who, after completing four years of medical school, receive an additional four years of specialized mental health training.
